Today, we celebrate James Collier (and his wife Carolyn). James is a retired Law Enforcement Executive and President of the Westmoreland Estates Homeowners Association. He is recognized for his personal support of student scholarships and visibility provided through the HOA. His leadership and generosity shined brightly through a significant contribution that strengthens our mission and fuels opportunities for young scholars.



James is making Black History in real time, and we are grateful for his commitment to empowering students and uplifting our community.
